Have you fixed this from your end? Seems khaled0111 has received the pot and solved it for now. But I think it's your backend issues, and you need to fix it for all users. When you have a lot of users and encounter such issues not getting pot amounts, then you will be tired of fixing them manually. I will prefer to audit your backend codes and fix the error. So you will have less pressure to check one by one.

In this case, the user was just confused — he didn’t realize he had multiple wallets (one per coin) and only checked one of them. The pot was correctly credited, and there hasn’t been any issue on our end. All game results and payouts are handled automatically and transparently.
