You seem to have broken rule number 12. The two threads, as I can see from the deleted one, were the same, which is against the forum rules;
Thank you for this, but how is this enforced? As I mentioned, there are very similar thread there, even some with a very similar service to ours and they have duplicate threads on different boards.
Is the rule selectively enforced?
The rules are not selectively enforced; there are usually no exceptions as far as I know. It's either that your thread has been reported to moderators by someone or members who noticed it, which makes themthe moderator notice it over the others, or the moderator/moderators in charge are handling it one after the other.

If you see any post breaking forum rules, you can use the report to moderators option and let them decide.
