Well, I may not know how long this has been lingering but you should have first Posted on their Ann thread to drag their attention before creating this accusations, again why did you pass kyc before going further making deposit since casinos are very much sensitive whenever there is a huge winning from their site and they wouldn't be that taking things slightly with you whenever funds is involved.
I contacted betpanda around 50 times in live chat, 10 times via email, opened two threads on mediators (askgamblers/casinoguru) to try to get an answer to no success
