I am not in favor of working on holidays but I am forced to work. But whether payment is made or not, I am not in favor of working on holidays because this day is basically a day for the family.

Yes, it all depends on the company's policy. Whether to work on holidays or not, because most of those who work on holidays have agreed from the start to continue working, for various reasons, even though there is an element of being forced to work, it can be negotiated in advance where you work, and there is nothing wrong with working on holidays to increase family income and that is much better.

It's good when there is an opportunity to work on holidays, and at the same time it is a free decision, and not when contacts force employees to do it. Recently I read an article about violation of workers' rights and in one of the interviews with a guest a guy said that in the company where he worked they wouldn't even let him go to take his child to his wife. I'm not even talking about the fact that there were constant unpaid overtime. And the worst thing is that he held on to this job because he was afraid that he wouldn't find another one.

Unfortunately, few workers have the courage to go to a trade union or labor inspectorate and write a statement that the employer forces them to stay after work or forcibly go to work on weekends. I understand that many do not have other alternatives in terms of work, and they, like in this post, hold on to their jobs. And this is a story that is often among workers, especially those who do not have very high qualifications, and when the employer can easily replace them. Therefore, it is always worth improving your skills, trying to be a better specialist, so that you can dictate your terms to employers.

Yes, that’s exactly it, and unfortunately, in the world it’s not only the employee’s qualifications that play a role, but also the ability to sell oneself to the employer.
Once upon a time, I had colleagues working with me at a full-time job and they did absolutely the same work, but they received a salary that differed by about 50%, and all because each of them presented themselves differently when they got this job. And because they had different salaries, their weekends were paid absolutely differently and it turned out that colleague number one received the same salary without going to work on the weekend as colleague number two, who worked all weekend. This is not fair, but these are the rules now.
There's that bias if ever this do happens on a certain worker on which they do have on the same rate but ended up his co-worker do recieves even more despite on having that lesser work than you?
You will be starting up to be suspicious if ever that thing happens specially if there's a possible relationship that in between your boss and its worker. If you cant be able to see any reason then this is where you do most likely be trying out to flash into your mind about this probabilities. If you do find out that kind of unfairness then it will be that up to you whether you do decide to resign because of being not fair or you would be that dealing up with it and just simply ignore because finding another job isnt that easy? It will be that up to you in regarding into the decisions that you are making. We do know that finding a job nowadays is hard and losing one will definitely be that a huge problem specially if this is where your main income comes from.

Working during holidays will definitely be depending on a certain employer and as an employee then you wont be having no choice but to deal up with it but actually most of the time there are already those terms being mentioned about holiday working or whatever those special days on which you do need up to duty. Just like been said by others on which if you do find yourself not wanting or liking to work and give out importance about family time then this job isnt for you and you could always have the option for you to be able to reject the offer or accept it out.
