There is another way around it. Just put everyone whose posts you find to be spam on ignore. My ignore list has been so large for years that it doesn't even open when I try to access it.

You're right. He could have ranked up 16 more Legendary accounts with the amount of merits he's accumulated. But he doesn't account farm because he has a little something called "integrity."

As far as the merit "circle jerking" is concerned, that's not really something that is actionable by DT. Theymos was explicit in his thoughts on tagging users for (most) merit-related issues. (He said don't do it.)
