I just dont understand why the dev premined 60 billion coins and not just 300m. It seems to me like a mistake or something.

I think this has something to do with the code used to hide his premine. He used a modulo formula so the premine had to be a multiple of something. Not sure here tho.

edit: or maybe he had done that in other coins without being noticed and he tried to have more coins to sold in case it was unnoticed. Actually, he was waiting for a second pump when he was exposed.
