TLDR:

Buyer - asks: Asks for a specific account with certain conditions. Chats with seller on Telegram about this upfront before buying.
Seller - states: States that all is good and account meets the conditions.

Account is provided but does not meet the conditions, rendering the account useless. Buyer asks for refund but seller denies.

This person deleted chat on Telegram and now playing dumb that "whatever" never has done that. I have screenshots to prove that this chat existed.
So yes I made attempts to get my money back because what he delivered was not what was promised.
