As @yahoo62278 mentioned, to claim the bonus you need to:
Go to Bonuses (in the main player menu) and activate the bonus offer.

Also, I haven't been upgraded to Inferno status or added to any groups although I sent my TG name through PM - if you could check that'd be great. I wagered a bit already and was surprised to see that my cashback stands at 0.02$

One important detail:

Based on the VIP page, I see there is a similar terms but it applies for level above Flicker T2 as quoted below:

Term "inactive" correlates with wagering. In order to keep your current VIP status, you just need to wager any amount in one month. Even one cent qualifies. IMPORTANT NOTE: This will not be a long-term definition of "inactive" for all players. But, after careful consideration, to be fair to Bitcointalk community, we have decided for Bitcointalk members (amongst the first 15 players), to keep this definition life-time. So, any amount of wagering during one month qualifies and keeps your VIP status.
What is this? It can lead to confusion.
I also don't like that deposits are not instant. I had to reach out to support for my deposit and it got credited after 6 confirmations. Please look into this.

There should be none as nothing is there in terms and that is the whole reason for making a distinction. I have to say many of us are waiting to see what benifits this bitcointalk special promo brings, hope these are not some empty words, it can lead to negative publicity.
