My last push up report here was in January, which means it's been about 3 months since I submitted my push up report. This is because I have a lot of activities, one of which is because I have a baby now. So I personally dedicate a lot of my time to my newborn child, to the point that I don't have much time to do push ups or other sports in the past 3 months. But now my child is quite big and I can have a little free time to do push ups again. And after 3 months of not being consistent in doing push ups, my endurance has decreased a little. Because the past 4 months I could do 250 push ups, but now I can only do 200 push ups, and that's really tiring. So hopefully after this I can continue to be consistent in doing push ups. And this is my report.

Sure, sometimes life gets in the way, yet it seems that maybe at one point, the BTC price had gone below your total number of reported pushups, and if you can start back up doing between 100 and 250 or even more per day (as you work back up to your previous levels), then it is likely that you are going to catch up and even pass the BTC price again with your quantity of pushups.
Right now, the 200-WMA (which is currently less than $47k) is going up between $35 and $55 per day, and usually at some point the BTC price will correct back down to touch the 200-WMA, yet your current quantity of pushups is close to 28k higher than the 200-WMA, which surely gives you both a cushion from the 200-WMA.. but also you are closer to levels that the BTC price could go to.... although for sure some of us likely prefer that the BTC price never goes blow $100k again, yet we are likely too soon in our current BTC price pump to conclude that we are forever safe from sub $100k.
From my own angle, I have purposefully reduced my daily quantity of pushups, and I hope that the BTC price can surpass my quantity of pushups, yet I am likely going to continue doing at least 100 pushup per day, even though my average quantity of pushups per day is continuing to come down from its temporary average that had exceeded 260 per day in mid February.
You are right, obstacles will always be there, especially for those of us who are married, life will definitely be full of uncertain twists and turns. But all of that will definitely have a way out and will definitely return to the bright spot. So we just need to live it with sincerity without having to make the obstacles a burden.
In addition, currently bitcoin has broken through the 100K mark again, when this post was made the bitcoin price was around 103K. Honestly, I feel excited, because after I took a break from my push up activity and when I started it again the bitcoin price immediately touched the price above 100K again. So maybe this is a really cool coincidence in my opinion.
And yes, I see your daily push up record has decreased slightly, but that is not a problem, because repetition is just a number, and the important point is that you do push ups consistently every day. And if you look at the current price of Bitcoin, if you do push ups 100 times a day, that number has already been exceeded with the current price of Bitcoin, so your hopes have truly come true.

Congrats on your newborn. Coming back after a long break is tough. Don't push your muscles too hard. You don't want to get injured and end up taking an even longer break. As your body gets used to it again, it'll gradually return to its old rhythm.
We are back over 100k again! As I promised, I'm increasing my daily push-up count too. I'm going up to 200 push-ups a day. This time, instead of 25 reps I'm doing 20 reps over 10 sets.

Thank you my friend for your congratulations. Besides that, you are right, right now I really feel sore, because it seems like my muscle mass needs to adapt again. Because as far as I know, if muscle mass is not trained for more than 7 days, it will make our muscles weak again and eventually need to adapt again, although not as bad as when I first did push ups. So earlier I did push ups again, but to reach 100 repetitions it really hurt. Maybe for the next 2 or 3 days I will let my muscles rest so they can repair their cells properly again. Because if it is forced, it seems like it will have a bad impact.
100K,Gallar,295,74844,2025-05-09Straining your muscles beyond it's limits could be detrimental and could cost you Extra days of rest before you come back to me to normal. It is best to strain a bit and relax it at some point in order not to suspend for long. There has not been any other better way of handling muscular pains and soreness like rest and improving your protein meals. Drink more water and engage in alternative exercise for your general muscle health. I got used to intermittently introducing squatting exercise and sit-up exercise to my pushups exercise when I started feeling heavier on my upper body. That feeling of imbalance got me engaging in hikings and all these have helped to keep me more fit to continue my pushups exercise daily.
I had my day filled with fun and relaxation. I had 7 sets of 20 pushups spread through the day with a total of 80 squatting exercise also spread in between the pushups sets.
