It's true that without a minimum of financial organization, getting into this kind of game becomes more of a desperation than a strategy. Starting out in debt only makes things worse. But what about those who have little to start with and still want to try? Is it possible to set up a safe strategy even with little capital?

Gambling isn't just for the rich or for the financially stable folks. It's for everyone, Yes, gambling is for everyone regardless of their financial position and status. As long as a poor man gambles responsibly with his low budget from his low income, then I see absolutely nothing wrong that. Where I have a problem is when some is poor and have little to nothing to live off of, and then he uses that little to put into gambling.
