It is good that you are telling about the planning of gambling for example if your budget is about 100$ then you may place 10 bet for 10$ is or something like that and if lose then you will stop gambling. But who told you this that you will be able to control your emotion after losing the fund and how you can be sure that you may not reinvest on gambling?
If you are unable to control that, you are better of giving control of your money to someone who looks after your interests. Because that kind of spending is something one does with allowance, rather adult with their budget.

Because to me, not knowing if you canare able to avoid putting too much money into gambling sounds like very impulsive behavior. And possible pathway to addiction, if you aren't there already. And if you are, guardian and other help are good options and nothing to be ashamed of.
