If everything that you declared here is valid I think the other account that link to you is the one having an issue with AML. By any chance do you use VPN when you play especially the free VPN? This is one of the reason why users unknowingly being linked to other user that use same VPN service.
Your case needs the attention of rollbit representative here to look further on your account.
@Rollbit Razer last active was February, I think @holydarkness might have contact to rollbit support. He is good on this case.
He is, in contact with Rollbit support. Razer himself, to be precise. Razer told me that the compliance desk are currently have a very very huge pile of cases though, so some cases might took some time to get resolved.
I guess he is already in good hands. Razer account was long time inactive in forum so I thought they stop answering queries here in forum. It’s a pleasure to have you here to notify casino reps on existing issue.
I think they should review the use of VPN by the OP as the reason for connection to other account.
I hope you can give us summary on why does there’s a lot of same issue about multiple account recently on Rollbit despite some user claims they are forced to admit the other account.
I actually asked Rollbit live support directly, and they confirmed that using a VPN has no effect on my case. The only thing they keep pushing me on is to “name other accounts” that are supposedly linked to me — but I don’t have any other accounts. It’s honestly unacceptable how long this has dragged on.
Their system should be able to see that I’ve completed KYC, and I only have one account. The fact that I’m being treated like this despite doing everything properly is really frustrating.
