It was just a lucky game for Southampton and they had a strong defense too they just wanted to draw that match yesterday they knew it is impossible for them to win Manchester City and I won't say Manchester City didn't try there best because Manchester city had more ball possession then Southampton the margin was too much and again Manchester City had 5 shot on target and 8 shot off target while Southampton had zero shot on target and off target meaning Manchester city had all the chance to win them but like I said Southampton was just lucky.
Manchester City should do more in trying to make sure that they score in every match there strikes should try to break any defense so they can score and Haaland is not good in doing that and that is one of the reasons they couldn't score if is a striker that can dribble very well he would have caused a penalty for themselves and from there they would have scored.
No matter how it is been done I'm very sure that Manchester City will get a ticket for champions League next season they are doing very well but they still need to improve more, they should make sure after this season they buy new players I trust pep guardiola will fine a way out to make sure Manchester City are now inform.
Betting on Southampton would have been insane and would not make sense. While Southampton got lucky, City didn't a good enough job because they have to end up with a lot better profit. If we can see the City team and how they have been working towards a great future then it would not be a bad situation. If you can do a greater job, then you could make some profit, and without that then we are going to end up with a lot better results.
Arsenal may lose against Liverpool, so if City won then they would have a small chance to be second place at the end. But because they got a tie against a team like Southampton, which is shocking, then that means we are seeing someone not doing a great job at all, Pep is really losing a step.
