I agree with you. This is a general response, and it lacks any detailed information demonstrating the OP's violation of the Terms of Service. After all the criticism they've received here, they should have provided this detailed information, not hidden it under the pretext of sensitive information.

Another point to make here: Why was the withdrawal request rejected after only 30 seconds, as the OP stated? Were they able to review his account and discover the violation within 30 seconds? If they had discovered the violation beforehand, why didn't they suspend the account before submitting the withdrawal request?

That is a VERY good point, and i actually thought about this. I will go even further on the point you made.
If you took the time to check other cases similar to mine, this is how they ALWAYS operate. Always banning the account right after a withdrawal request.
Now, i will ask this:
Why are they asking for documents, after they ban the account? If i already broke ToS according to them(which i didn't), why are they asking for documents? What do they want the documents for?
Is this how they create their bot VERIFIED accounts on trustpilot to give them 5 stars?

or is it something even worse?
They claimed that it was the provider's decision after all.
This is a police case if i've ever seen one.
