Good suggestion, but Binance doesn't have PI listed at the moment. Rumors say that they are going to list it soon, but we are not sure yet because I haven't seen anything official about it so far. Exchanges such as OKX, ByBit, and Bitget usually have more options when it comes to trading altcoins or coins that might be doing well but aren't available on Binance, despite it being the largest centralized exchange in this space. PI is currently among the hottest cryptocurrencies in terms of trading volume and also volatility, which creates more trading opportunities for traders. Binance might decide to list it soon.

Talking about the case that happened with OP, it seems clear that the stop-loss order was triggered a bit late due to a sudden and quick change in the price, since he hadn't chosen a limit order, and when you place a market order, it tends to vary from the expected price a lot of times. It's also explained by the support in the email he has received, which he shared with us in this thread.

OP was just unlucky, that's all.
