So, before we give solution to a problem, we should identify what's the cause and which solution will be more appropriate for that problem because if you give a wrong solution to a problem, you have not solved that problem, you probably made it worse.

Some people are poor for different reasons, I know a few folks in my vicinity who deliberately don't want to stress their self to work meanwhile they can not boost of $100 of their own but they are grown men and women who should be dependent on their own.

There are some people that are working and making money but they are poor, they are poor because they are carrying too much responsibility of the family, so they don't save, they don't invest, they only earn and spend.

Some persons are making money and should be living a comfortable lifestyle but they are not because of extravagant spending. Living far above their earnings.

With that being said, if I see who is poor, I need to know why the person is poor before I can advise the person.
