I tested it too, It's not just from your end, the faucet is not yet functional and displays 0 Bitcoin, which means no Bitcoin yet has been added to be claimed. I think if Bitcoin is added, it will become functional.
They are finished and I do not see any positive progress regarding their competitive development. I still remember early 2021 I invested and at that time it was the highest price of ETC so I made quite a profit but after that I did not touch it again until now. Every cycle will come new competitors and ETC has really been eliminated.
