Thank you for the update.
Thank you for your reply.
Let me be absolutely clear: I have never exploited any flaws or acted outside your platform’s rules. I placed standard pre-match bets on widely available markets, within your posted limits. If these were considered “discrepancies,” I was never made aware of them nor warned that such behavior was problematic.
I want to be absolutely clear: I have never exploited any technical flaws or engaged in behavior outside your platform’s rules. I placed standard pre-match bets, all within allowed limits, on widely available markets. If any of those were considered “discrepancies,” I was never aware of them nor was I informed they were against your terms. If betting on a winner of match a few hours before kick off is against your platform's rules, maybe you should have never be in betting business. Or was it the fact that I won multiple bets in a row, thats against your platform's rules?
If placing bets a few hours before kickoff, or winning multiple bets in a row, now qualifies as rule-breaking—then perhaps your definition of “fair play” needs to be reconsidered.
I kindly request that you clarify:
I respectfully ask you to clarify:
What specific actions or bets were deemed to be “taking advantage of discrepancies”?
Which specific bets or actions were flagged as exploiting “discrepancies”?
What rule(s) exactly were violated?
Which exact rules or terms did I violate?
Without clear evidence or details, it feels like a vague justification to restrict my account and steal my winnings without a fair process.
If this was truly about integrity, why wasn't I notified, limited, or warned earlier?
I’m still fully open to resolving this constructively and believe transparency on both sides is the best way forward.
Without a transparent explanation or evidence, this looks like a vague justification to restrict my account and confiscate legitimate winnings.

To other forum members:That said, I remain open to a fair and professional resolution

I was betting my entire balance daily and maxing out, often at maximum allowed betting limits wherever possible.

I would likeinvite 96.com to sharerelease my full betting history, with all the relevant info - publicly—odds taken, time of the bettimestamps, size of the bet, dontstakes—I have a problem with it being a public informationnothing to hide.
