It's not the first time... You did the same thing with poker when you asked for some special verification (which is not a problem) but you only asked that question after the tournament was over.

Do you know what the word "fair" means? If you spotted some mistake ask for clarification! Fair players can always provide proof of their actions. There is history in every casino & other means for proving something, I wish to believe that you know that & understand what am I saying.

I could go on and on about what is fair... but maybe this isn't the place for that.

I really do not remember any of it (verification etc first time). It must be in the time when we were hosting DGbet poker or you are complaining about 1Win poker. One from either two. Please have in mind that there are a few steps of verification for these poker and I do it for all these events. DGbet had around 10 to 13 rounds. This week 1Win poker will have its 18th round. So if you think it was only you then I have to tell you that it's not you only but all.

Please have in mind that I deal with many members/users/clients every single day. So it's obvious I really do not remember people (in this case you included) except only a few who are very closely exchanging words with me regularly. From our small poker community so far I can tell it's meme, MV. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

Yes, you are an old member, have lots of history for yourself but please understand for me it's almost impossible to remember a name unless we have daily or at-least some sort of regular interactions.

I may hurt your feeling, but I can ensure that it was never intentional and never to down you. If something you felt that was not fair for you, then I apologize for it. I hope after reading this message you will understand me and will not keep any hurt feeling about me.
