The Brazilian national team hasn't had a big win for a long time and the last Brazilian match I remember was a 1:7 defeat in 2014 from Germany.
Ancelotti is a top coach and even if this season at Real Madrid was not the best, but let's see how Alonso will cope with Mbappe and Vinicius.

If there is anything I don't like, it's force contract unless it has been a media thing from beginning. I have noticed that Brazil has been on Anceloti tail since before the beginning of this season and yet he decide to remain in Real Madrid to this season and even then, there were places where it was reported that he wasn't living until Real Madrid decide to play some tricks on Anceloti for not paying full contracts wages as signed till 2027 of his contract expiry.

When contract is force and hype roo much, at the end of the day you don't see good result from such teams and this isn't just about Anceloti, it's a general thing I have seen in football. There is also a plan for Anceloti to bring back Casemiro to his starting players in Brazil which has spark alot of reaction but I guess he is doing it from a place of preference and the players he like, I don't know about inviting Raphina especially the things that has gone down in El clasico this season.

It doesn't seem to me that anyone could force Ancelotti to sign contract with Brazilian national team unless he himself wanted to.
Ancelotti has won everything he can at club level and if he wins the World Cup with the Brazilian national team, he will probably become the most decorated coach in the world and I think that was the motive that drove Ancelotti when he decided to sign with the Brazilian national team.

As for Raphina, he should definitely be in the national team as one of the best players in the world at the moment and Ancelotti is kind of known for not being a vindictive coach and there were no stories of him not being able to work with any player if the player wanted to.
