I don't know if you will buy this idea of nominating at least two quality posters from the local board who will assist you to fish out quality post that are merit worthy and paste them in a thread that you will create, then you can be reviewing them weekly like a thread we had in the local board before when
CryptopreneurBrainboss was selecting quality posts in the local board and hugeblack was meriting the most quality ones amongst them weekly. Please you can consider this idea because it will help the local board a lot and also reduce your stress of fishing for posts that are worth meriting. I can nominate @Hatchy and @Mia Chloe to fish out quality posts in the local board weekly, that's if they can accept the task.
It's a fine suggestion... Anyways I don't pass by a quality post on the forum especially on the local board as long as I'm not out of smerits. Currently I'm out of smerits so if I find some post I won't be able to merit them and sometimes I could forget them except I end up coming across them again.
Most of my merit come from technical so sometimes when the board is a little dry per say I run out of smerits super fast.
I can't optimally predict my smerits so I end up managing them sometimes since I'm not a source.
