Well if I'm in your shoes I'll try creating a new account and if thesame restrictions occurs it shows that it's not a bug but an intentional decision from the game provider.
I wouldn’t recommend doing such thing because instead of being restricted by just a single provider, you could get accused of multi-accounting and have your account banned.
Some users may also suggest using a VPN to bypass the restriction, but I would avoid doing that too, at least not until I get confirmation from support that it wouldn’t cause any issues.
