I think we already know that Bitcoin is one of the best asset to hold long term, it has been proven already. So no need to like put context on it. Just like when the price is $76k, still there are investors who likely put a lot of money on it, thus they are now harvesting the fruits of their long term investment.

I was just about to look though for some altcoins that you could recommend here. What altcoins do you think is a good for long term or at least this bull run? ETH? SOL? Do you think that ETH will have it's bull run still? Despite the current price is still like -50% from it's last all time high?
