Arsenal missed a lot of trophies due to the Arteta's incompetent. He's unable handling the problems appeared in the club. Arteta must be responsible for whatever the result, but we also cannot call Arteta an incompetent coach because since Arteta's arrival as Arsenal coach, there have been quite a lot of improvements even though they have still failed to win the title in the last 4 seasons.
