Another point to make here: Why was the withdrawal request rejected after only 30 seconds, as the OP stated? Were they able to review his account and discover the violation within 30 seconds? If they had discovered the violation beforehand, why didn't they suspend the account before submitting the withdrawal request?

Unfortunately, this is true. I've seen dozens of similar cases here in this section, and almost the same thing happens: the account is blocked after a withdrawal request or after receiving consecutive winnings.
The unfortunate thing about your case is that they closed your account and confiscated all funds and pending bonuses, as you mentioned. In other similar cases, trusted casinos only withheld winnings and allowed users to withdraw their funds.
