When it comes to deciding whether to hold or offload your crypto, especially Bitcoin, most people are driven by speculation or uncertainty — and honestly, that’s understandable. But in my view, these decisions shouldn’t come from panic or gut feelings alone.

Instead, they deserve thoughtful analysis. Ask yourself: What’s the broader economic context? What’s the technology behind the coin? Why was it created, and by whom? What real-world problems does it aim to solve?
The answers to these questions may be definitive and factual but the conclusion you will have from said answers are still considered as speculation. No one knows what the future holds for us even if we know what the present looks like. Even if you answer these questions, the future is still uncertain.
You created this on altcoins discussion board, which will make me think that you are also referring to altcoins. Do not think altcoins are like bitcoin. It is bitcoin that is a store of value while altcoins can be just pump and dump coins which make them not to getting to all-time high. Altcoins are like for gambling. If you invest little amount of money in them and you luckily make profit in short term, just sell before it is too late.
There is barely any new altcoins that last a long time and reaches a good value. Most of the top altcoins already existed a long time ago.
