Don't you realize that some extremely large companies from the US have bought up land and political positions in Ukraine? Why go where the money isn't? Head for Ukraine.
I would suggest you head for Ruzzia. I mean, if you are not already there.
Ukraine will profit from an influx of funds if the peace is achieved in the right terms, but the advantages of living in Eastern Europe are much better in other countries that offer excellent tax breaks or low taxes while having a pacific and orderly society. This is ideal for digital nomads, but not for everyone else.
