I consider those who believe in the use of the martingale system in sports betting to minimize losses as lucky gamblers because using the strategy for casino or sports betting does not change the fact that it is a risky strategy that always leads to chasing losses.
Because there's no way a gambler will increase, or double his/her bet after a loss game, so s/he could recover the previous loss fund won't later lead to chasing losses.
