It is not right to call Bitcoin only a war currency because it can be used in any way in human life, but it will definitely depend on the use of people. If someone prefers Bitcoin as a currency to buy and sell war materials from abroad, then in that case it can definitely be considered a war currency. Again, if someone reserves Bitcoin as a reserve currency, can it also be considered a reserve currency. That is, Bitcoin can be named based on whatever purpose it is used for.

I am assuming that it means as in "you can use bitcoin during a war, unlike anything else" and that is true. No cash, no stocks, no gold, nothing in the world could be as useful as bitcoin. While it is hard to deposit and cash out, you can still do that on a phone, and in these days, even war thorn places have internet, maybe a few doesn't but I am not aware, Ukraine had it. So, we could safely assume that we are not going to see anything changing, we are going to see this becoming a big deal to help them out.

If we can get it to work, then we could say that bitcoin is the best. That doesn't mean you shouldn't use bitcoin anywhere else, sure it's the best in other parts too, but in other cases, like I am not in a war territory at all, my nation isn't at war, so I can use cash, credit card, whatever.
