Unfortunately, in life, thinking positively may not be enough to win in gambling or betting on sports outcomes.

Would we not all like that? Lol. If you could beat the casino out of sheer willpower and determination then that would be ideal but gambling is not something you have to beat. You have to accept that this is an entertainment activity that you do not need to be taking so seriously.

In real life, having perseverance will reward you in the end but in gambling you need to know when to give up and stop. That is what would even lead you to less harm when it comes to gambling.
