Of course, less than 21 million whole coiners.   There mayBased on how much hoarding is going on, it is hard to imagine even 1/4 of the whole supply of bitcoin which would be lessslightly more than 25 million coins so not even 5 million people being whole coiners. 

I will guesstimate that there are probably less than 2 million whole coiners.  There also might be a lot of folks who think that they own bitcoin, but they don't hold their private keys.

There also might be a lot more folks who have lost their coins (lost access to their private keys) than we realize, and some of them might not even know that they no longer have access to their private keys (and thus they have fewer coins than they thought that they had)..

Of course, less than 21 million.  There may be less than 2 million whole coiners.
