Pokemon was not cryptographically secure, during transfer they use simple pseudo-random values[1] and serial data transfer not exactly an encryption.  Besides pokemon games can be easily duped, spoof[2] and the pokemon can easily duplicate with a right tool unlike blockchain tech which is immutable.

I don't know how creative @OP is creating a parallel between Pokemon and Bitcoin but sadly it has no solid ground.
