A poor country cannot and should not invest in Bitcoin. There are basic things to look into that will stand as the major source of revenue for the country and Bitcoin isn't that investment. Bitcoin investment can only add to the list of investments, but not a major investment to make the economy of that country better. <snip>
Exactly. That sort of investment is a horrible idea because it removes currency that would be better used to improve infrastructure, improve manufacturing and agricultural production, schools & medical facilities, etc.

Investing in BTC or for that matter stocks & bonds etc. suckslocks up money that has to be held and then later cashed out years later hopefully at a profit. It is a certainly that any profit will be far less than what more responsible use of the money will provide for the country.
