Welcome to the forum.
I am a little bit confused about your KYC policy. One the one hand you are posting something like this:

Yet when I am checking your TOS I find this:

Also I think you should show a little better what actual benefits players would have from a VIP transfer. Do you exactly match the wager/VIP status someone brings from a different site or how does it work. It's not explained on your site.

I will clear this question up for you for possibly the rest of your life: There aint no kyc-free casinos that are also well known. The lesser known ones are probably a one way street, allowing only deposits.

ChiliStakes operates under an obscure Comoros‑Anjouan license, so it’s outside regulatory reach of the player base, typically; that means players have no local consumer protection, the operator can (and does) impose KYC whenever it wants, and payment providers may still force KYC under AML rules. Playing there exposes you to legal risk in your jurisdiction and gives you zero recourse if they freeze or seize your funds. I can confidently assume you arent living in curacao since it'd be a pain sourcing necessary documents to pass kyc in a country where it is prohibited to gamble, so the exact same thing applies there but there's at least some regulatory framework that is supposed to protect players who play at casinos located there, not that ive seen that happening, personally. Sure, if you have money you can lawyer up, but if you have money then getting a death squad is faster, cheaper, more efficient and has negligible mental health toll in comparison.

It is kind of like web3 casinos in the sense that they are indeed inarguably lying about statements suggesting that they are a true web3 casino (except for a couple that possibly are decentralized but i have not seen proof to verify this, nor have i looked for proof), but no laws are being broken by the casino in doing so, and it garners attention from the niche community that wants to play in a web3 landscape. Hell stake is often called a web3 casino on these listing sites that we can tell are indeed actually written by humans because theyre so fucking stupid that AI would struggle to equate.

It can be scary to use a VPN when we see such clause in the terms we agree with upon signing up. I hope it doesn't take too long for them to fix it.

Curious why youd be scared - bad prior experience or something else? What provider do you use? I'd probably only feel nervous without one enabled, but each to their own, id be too nervous to even check lol. The only casino in my experience that has any sort of detection mechanism for a vpn that works (there are likely other good options, most are not worth considering, but proton is my recommendation) is william hill. That's the only casino out of what ive played on that has noticed anything. In their case they have a permanent popup show on your screen that says you're playing from a data centre and to disable vpn, but fortunately ive 456IQ and through shear intelligence discovered an awe-inspiring loophole - switching to another server that isnt classified as a datacentre. My genius has no bounds.

Here is a list of a good 50-60% of the casinos ive played on at least several times but many of them i still play at.
