Well the propaganda picture the Western mouthpieces are publishing which you can see in OP is from about 20 years ago when she was in her 20's. Now she is 41 and this is what women who join such terrorist groups generally end up looking like after they go through the brutality of such organizations and after they wash their hands with the blood of the innocent.
These are screenshots from the videos this terrorist organization has published where specifically the women OP claims to be a "peaceful humanitarian" is talking to the interviewer, carries weapons, trains for armed conflict, is seen with the bombing squad, etc.
