But from his explanations and his attire I knew he wasn't lying about what he told me, I had to improvised for him to go immediately to the meeting place even though he was so angrily looking because he lost everything, this now drag my attention to this place to ask if gamblers can also beenbe an angry people?

Since I usually knows that there is a saying that says "an angry man is always hungry man" is this true?
