The 5% development fund is managed through a multi-signature wallet requiring approval from both core developers, with quarterly spending reports published to the community. Funds are exclusively used for:

• Infrastructure costs (servers, explorers, pools)
• Security audits and code reviews
• Exchange listing fees (when applicable)
• Development bounties for specific features

Community Governance
