So you got the $50 without deposit and you tried to withdraw it after playing it a bit, have you completed the wagering requirement as they told you?
Logically if they say that there is 1x wagering requirement, your bonus should be converted to real balance once you completed the wagering requirement.
But if they say that it cant be withdrawn later after you completed the wagering requirement, it is not a good practice.
If they do not want to lose money from bonus without deposit, they should give standard wagering requirement (40x) so the chance for players to complete the wagering requirement is low.

They added a real 50USDT bonus to test the site and it came with 1x wagering (this was also stated under account that wagering is 50USDT). I played slots and completed the wagering, the money is shown as real withdrawable money. I can even request a withdrawal but it gets cancelled after 2 minutes and put back to the account. Yes they should process the withdrawal as they clearly credited real bonus not some playmoney or anything. The amount i try to withdraw is very small, shouldn't be a big deal.
