Most of us all agree that it is not good to keep records , and I am increasingly Convinced that it is Better I know that there are people who care a lot about their income and expenses , but I think that Whoever decides to do it will not have a very good experience because most of them will have negative numbers.

I understand what you mean, but I see it as a fallacy. It's similar to the behavior of people who fear going to the doctor because they’re afraid of being diagnosed with a serious illness. It makes no sense to blind yourself to a situation what is happening is happening, and ignoring it doesn’t solve anything. Just as going to the doctor and discovering you have a serious illness gives you a better chance of treating it, keeping track of bets and knowing how much you spend helps you control your limits.
