I think it depends on how many plots of land one have before  thinking of whether to sell and buy or not but aside this I don't think it is advisable to sell land to buy Bitcoin because Bitcoin is not something one can get enough of it at a time, one ought to be accumulating it little by little so how much do you think a plot we give one that he or she will be investing..., the person will definitely use some to settle one or two problem.

Real investors don't sell land to invest in Bitcoin unless selling of land is what they do for a living perhaps a Real investor hustle and get a stable source of income that he or she can be using to buy Bitcoin not to sell a land, I don't think I can sell my land to invest in Bitcoin unless I have more than 5 plots of land and funny enough someone who has more 5 plots of land shouldn't or is not suppose to have a financial problem to the point he will have to sell before investing in Bitcoin.
You seem to be living in a fantasy Showlove01.

Of course real investors may well sell land to buy bitcoin (especially the smart ones.. to the extent that being smart is being real), and any of the investors from years gone by would have had done quite well if they had sold real estate and used that money to buy bitcoin10 years ago....

Maybe their land might have returned them 3x or 4x in the past 10 years, but their bitcoin would have returned them somewhere in the ballpark of 320x to 450x in that same timeline.. depending on if they were able to buy bitcoin towards the bottom of $220 per coin or maybe during the top during that time of $320.

Bitcoin performed around 100x better than real estate over the past 10 years and there is no evidence to suggest bitcoin's investment thesis is weaker now as compared to real estate's investment thesis, even if the price curve is not likely to be as great in the next 10 years as it was in the past 10 years.
You have beautifully presented the comment and made everyone understand that investing in Bitcoin by selling real estate is very good and profitable. If we look at the time from the last 10 or 12 years ago to now, we may see that Bitcoin has grown much more than real estate. You can invest by selling land but you have to be stress-free. For example, if you lose this amount of money, you should not have any kind of pressure on you or invest with money that you cannot hold for a long time. We can expect that the price of Bitcoin will be several times higher than real estate in the future.

I did not say that any person should sell real estate and buy bitcoin, yet I said that historically anyone who did so (especially in the last 10 years) would have way outperformed real estate with his bitcoin, and I also said that there is nothing to show that bitcoin is any weaker as an investment compared to real estate, yet I am not saying what guys need to do, since guys need to choose for themselves, and when they are proclaiming that real estate is better than bitcoin, then I am arguing and showing evidence that they are not correct in their presumptions about real estate being better than bitcoin.

Bitcoin has been the best of investments historically, and there is no evidence that it is weakening, even though the upwards slope of its appreciation might not be as great in the future... and also the future is not guaranteed, so each person has to figure out his allocation in bitcoin as compared with other places that he could place time, energies and/or value.
me I can't compare real estate to bitcoin and I can't even compare bitcoin to real estate, because both are good investment what matters here is choice anybody can choose what ever investment he or she is comfortable with, but as for me I I prefer bitcoin, because with little amount of money you can start accumulating bitcoin, not like real estate that you need hudge amount of money to start it, and secondly bitcoin is a digital currency that can be used to make payment for goods and services online, and it also a store of value with potential returns when you buy and hold for long term 5 to 10 or longer, bitcoin is decentralize and transparent, with bitcoin you are your own Bank, that's why  bitcoin is my choice and I consider bitcoin to be a good investment for both the poor and the rich.
