For them it's like a lottery. They throw their "requests," and if someone bites, it's all good. If not, they will just have an account with red trust, and that doesn't bother them.
I don't believe that is a successor of ps34, he needs to be more troll and spam active all over the section before he claims ps34 title... Wink
