Bet Contribution: Only slots count toward wagering. Real money counts toward wagering, with a 50/50 balance of real money and bonus funds.
If I understand it correctly, you do not need to lose your whole deposit first before your bet count toward wagering requirement as it is written above in the last part.
When it comes to forfeited the bonus while you are on profit, usually most casinos will also forfeit your winnings too because if winnings is not being forfeited then it can be used by players to take an for their own advantage.

Maybe because, in reality, that particular 'money exchange website' is part of the same ecosystem or backend infrastructure used by the payment gateway. 😉
