That actually goes in line with Razer's explanation. If the restriction and the confiscation is imposed by the provider, then the casino will obey to the request and lock that feature that the provider asked, but it shouldn't affect the other part of the casino as they simply following the provider's request.
About BetPanda and BC, do they share same provider? I'm blind here at what provider provide to who. Mahdirakib, mind to assist me here?
So even if I did get some kind of restriction, I still don’t understand. I didn’t win any crazy amount. I just went from like $600 to $1200, that’s all. What bothers me more is why I’m not even allowed to withdraw my funds. First they told me it’s because I have “multiple accounts,” then its about "AML concerns" and now it’s suddenly about “sportsbet abuse”?
As for BC.Game and BetPanda, yes, if I’m reading it right, they seem to have the same provider as Rollbit. Which is Betby
Also, I have still full access to my account on rollbit, but I cant play there any slots, place bets, withdraw or deposit funds. Basically everything
About multi acc initial accusation and AML "blanket" verdict [as they're applied to four different players, each with their own explanation], I've asked Razer to kindly consider and order his compliance department to be more creative and specific, to explain more accurately instead of throwing blanket statement that's kinda far fetched.
Whether he'll listen to my two cents or not, that's up to him. I can't force casinos to do what I suggested them to do.
Idk, Im just confused with the situation, what is the play here then? What should I do next in your opinion?
Now, this might be a bit confusing. Not long after I inquire an insight from
Mahdirakib above, I addressed to another thread, this time BetPanda, and thus Betby. It kinda confirm that Betby shares the same provider as Rollbit. But from what the rep said, it seems Betby can selectively request an account from a casino to be locked while the other account in different casino owned by the same user [they have the resource to know it's same user] is allowed to work just fine.
I'm still new with BetPanda's rep and I understand if they still reluctant to be more open in discussing matters with me that's unrelated to the dispute raised against them, but let me try to understand this whole Betby situation. I somewhat think the key to understanding this case lies on understanding how Betby work.
As I also happen to be in touch with BC too, I'll try to gain insight from them.
So basically, what should you do next? Sit. Patiently.
I'll try to dive deep and ask contacts across casinos to understand Betby and how they work and why.
