Try making use of cake wallet to load up the seed or something like unstoppable wallet so when it syncs you can see which coins are on it. I doubt it would be bitcoin though...

Now that you've restored access to your 18-word wallet, could you describe what you did, did you just check BIP39 in the electrum restore options and the seed was recognized as valid?

Anyway, blockchain.com is not a reliable wallet due to several issues, besides being based on a web wallet, where the keys are stored on the company's server.

I strongly recommend that you create a new wallet on electrum, make a backup of the wallet by writing down the 12 seed words provided on a piece of paper or a steel plate, and encrypt the wallet with a password to protect it from unauthorized access.

Transfer your coins from blockchain.info(com) to your new electrum wallet and be happy. If it's a large amount of funds, you can look into cold and air-gapped storage with electrum.
