It’s understandable that there is no guarantee eventually if we do everything right, I also learnt we should really not be concerned about profit at some point, if we’re mainly focused on profit which might make us sound like an trader, And as a Beginner we should be more interested in continuous accumulation and to be more aggressive if we have the opportunity to do so, I’ve been motivated in a long run in my journey of building a successful bitcoin portfolio and trying everything possible to have a successful investment, but I’m quite confused about having faith or believe, Or we should be more interested in following the right strategies that are discussed here for us to learn and grow, Is faith really enough for us ?

It is only poor planning that will make you to temper with your Bitcoin investment when you have your emergency funds and reserve funds in place, because I think that it has been said here severally by jayguangee that your emergency funds should be strong enough to carry you for at least three months, so if your emergency funds can't carry you that long without your initial source of income, then your holdings is seriously at risk because any serious financial troubles that is being stretched for an extended period of time will definitely consume your Bitcoin holdings, so try as much as possible to build your emergency funds to a level that it can withstand any financial issues that arises in the future.

Health they say is wealth , our health and lives matters but with the best of my knowledge, selling your Bitcoin investment should be your last alternative reason been that , we are all advice here to make provision for emergency fund or reserved fund, only invest with our discretionary income which is money left after all essentials expenses, so probably if there is any health challenges that arises , your emergency or reserve funds will be used but if it’s not enough than your investment can be your last option ,  all we are saying here is the main essence for long term  investment is for retirement benefit , it provide a potential source of retirement income, generational wealth ,it can also create wealth that last across generations, but above all our health is the most important factor which cannot be Jeopardize ,because our life matters.

Yeah, I see your point and to be honest, I have caught myself doing that too. Like, even though I know the bigger picture and long term potential of Bitcoin, I still find myself checking my own portfolio and trying to analyze every move it makes. It is just how we are wired lol as new investors when we’re invested.

But what i have learnt is that too much focus on short term price can mess with our mindset. For me, what helped was picking an amount I am comfortable with, staying consistent, and focusing more on learning than reacting. It is hard, but I am trying harder to get use to it..

Each of us still tend to gravitate towards our own experiences, even though sure we can look back at the charts in regards to what bitcoin was doing prior towards our getting involved in bitcoin, yet we are still likely going to gravitate towards wanting to analyze the bitcoin price and even the performance of our own holdings.. which surely does justify that newbies figure out some amount to invest and just keep investing, learning along the way and may be even tweaking their investment amount as they learn more and potentially become more comfortable investing into bitcoin.

Whichever scenario you want to classify the situation that would make you want to sell your bitcoin assets before getting to a full circle, should be avoided but I understand there are circumstances that will push you to panic sell, you just mentioned health as a possibility for you to take such decisions but I think that is why we have an reserved funds which is primarily meant for this situation and if that isn’t enough for you to solve the problem at hand then you can approach your emergency funds, but I must say that whichever Situation that we find ourselves selling our Bitcoin should be the last thing coming to your thoughts, but it’s advisable to have more back up funds and  that can help avoid dipping into our Bitcoin asset. I can still remember vividly in one of sir jayjuanGee post or advise about situation like this, firstly as we all know that anyone investing in  Bitcoin should also have it in mind the importance of having an emergency funds and reserve funds to be use whenever they have expenses that are beyond their expectations and when it comes to health related issues as an emergency we should first spend from our reserve funds before the emergency funds while selling our Bitcoin will only become the last option at that point that's if the situation becomes worst, there is need to have those various backup funds as a safety cushion that will first absorb anything that will make us selling our Bitcoin in lest than 4 years.

I am not sure how helpful it is to get into distinguishing between different kinds of needs that a person might have, since the reason that we have back up funds is to cover events in which our income is less than expected and/or our expenses are greater than usual, so the more back up funds and sources that we have, then the more options that we have, and so if our shortage of income or our excess expenses only lasts for a short period, then it is less likely going to result in our needing to tap into our emergency funds, so ultimately we would have a hierarchy in regards to which funds we spend first, and likely the emergency funds would be the last to be spent prior to having to tap into our bitcoin.

Preferable scenarios would fix our shortage of income and/or increase expenses by rectifying either or both of those, yet sometimes we are going to need to resort to dipping into our back up funds, and yeah maybe in some cases we can cut some of our other expenses, and sometimes we might have expenses as items that are not really needed, but once we already spend the money, then we usually cannot get it back.... and hopefully we have enough of our various back up funds, including emergency funds, to last the duration of the time in which our income is down and/or our expenses are up...

Have you really checked the meaning of pressing need and emergency? Because with what you are saying it seems you doesn't know the meaning or it seems you haven't check. Why will someone not see  selling Bitcoin as an alternative when they have pressing need and emergency, if selling Bitcoin is the only option they have? Let assume the pressing need or emergency that comes up is health issue or challenge and your only option is to sell your Bitcoin won't you sell it? I want to remind you that human being and there health is worth more than Bitcoin the value of Bitcoin, let me just believe what you are saying is a misconception.

You are absolutely correct, selling our bitcoin should never be an alternative whenever there is a pressing needs or emergency, In as much as we want to do everything possible to have a successful bitcoin investment considering consistent accumulation is important and having the best strategy to help and stash more bitcoins. At some point we should know that doing everything right is never a guarantee for profit, but mostly plan for future and long term plan is the best option to have a chance to achieving once plan.
I think it should be a good choice to avoid making some sloppy decisions in terms of our financial management, because having a good financial plans isn’t just strictly for investors only but for our daily lives to have a chance to grow, As long as we make a good financial plans management it will also propel us in terms of building a good structure for our Bitcoin portfolio, I think not giving attention to ROI supposedly would help in terms accumulating and holding for a longer term plans.

I totally agreed , nothing is guarantee , even having a strong cash flow management, there will still be uncertainty which involves our investment, so profit and lost is not guarantee ,but all one need is good managerial skills to less our risk in our investment so that we may not be shaken out of our investment.

I think you are right even if Bitcoin investment is not guarantee but one should not speak or talk about it that manner because one thing about life is that what you believe or the thought you have will or might definitely come to pass in that persons life, even though we don't have the power to decide what will happen but by saying positive things about that particular thing, can cause a change because there are things that are beyond the natural but sometimes we don't recognize them or notice when it happens.
