To avoid stupid mistakes in gambling, we must first be able to limit the capital budget that will be spent, do not let it happen when we experience consecutive defeats then decide to always add capital that will be spent, hoping to be able to return the capital that has been used up or chase an uncertain victory. Of course, this must be considered because self-control is the main benchmark in order to be able to control the risk in gambling.

What you said is correct but it does not answer the question op is asking which you even quoted, op (if I read and understood correctly) wasn't or is not talking about self control, but whether you as a gambler believe that loses are part of gambling, and that you willingly accept it when it comes?

As much as I understand perfectly well that self control is what will help us to minimize gambling loses, just as you talked about always setting out a gambling budget and making sure we don't go depositing more money after the set budget have been lost, this minimizes the amount of money we potentially lose to gambling but how many gamblers understand that loses are normal, and will readily move on with their life without being or feeling sad, angry, holding grudges due to some gambling loses? This is what op wants to find out.
