They haven't been online since February 7th and I don't think they will be online in the coming days or weeks(maybe months). I'll suggest that you try posting this on casino.guru, currently, there is an ongoing case against razed.com on that website. Maybe you can add yours to possibly get their attention to clarify or resolve the issue you have with them.
It can be a way to go but there are many casinos with announcement threads in bitcointalk while their representatives are no longer active even a very long time. So being inactive in any forum is not like a solid evidence of a scam company but it can be one of signals or early signal of something vague or bad behind the scene. At least I don't see any negative feedback against Razed in this forum but I know it might change in future if they won't resolve cases that are likely valid.
And one thing I've always adviced gamblers is to try and complete kyc on any kyc enabled casino immediately after registration and before making any deposit, and in a case where the casino refuses to allow pre-kyc verification, that casino should be completely avoided.
It is true with centralized exchanges too, and if you care about privacy, don't use centralized platforms that are either casinos or exchanges. If you don't care about privacy, but do care more about your fund, KYC successfully first before making deposits.
Razed used to be active in forum, with their campaign and I hope that they won't break their reputation and end as a scam casino.
