Every time it dips hard, and then few weeks/months later it goes back up i say to myself "damn it, i knew it would happen like this". But i'm chickenshit, so yeah.
I usually HODL for years and then cash out, less risk, less stress, less tears (except tears for missed opportunities, of course)

Haha, I have the same feeling but everytime it dips, I just think it will dip even more and I just keep on waiting and waiting. Similar as you, I hold most my crypto for a long time and don’t like to think too much about missed opportunities as it would only make me feel bad.
