This is a simple website but there are many API functions here. Because this website displays real time data.
I believe that an API with livescore information is a little harder to find for free, at least a fully functional one.
The OP seems to want to have a gambling site with a minimum investment, which doesn't seem like a very good acquisition. Such sites often require somewhat more dedicated maintenance, which can cost much more than the initial creation of the site.
Thank you for the extra information, is not a gambling site per se, i know that is gonna cost a lot and im not into it, and plus i dont have the knowledge to manage that.
