I told my friend to use his camera to snap it but i don't know the camera and filter he used that makes the picture look so bright to the point they are accusing me of using AI.

While it is possible to achieve that with some color grading (I am not sure if that is allowed or not) so not necessarily AI
Still, IMO this is a case of enhancement that gives you a certain edge (this is how your vocab is limited when you post only in the gambling section
). Now whether this edge is allowed or not, @icopress has the sole authority over it. I will say that it would have been a better defense if you had uploaded pics of the same pizza but I understand the practicality of it.
Not to mention that some camera features (specifically third-party apps) could have an auto AI enhance feature.
